New Customers - How to Shop
To find the product that you want - simply browse Our Products
using the product links on the left of every page.
To add something to your Shopping Basket/Cart - next to each product
description there is a drop-down list box and an 'Add' button. Select
the number of items of the product you wish to buy using the drop-down
list, then click on the 'Add' button - this will add the products to your
Shopping Basket. A summary of your Shopping Basket contents is shown on
the top left of every page.
Viewing your Shopping Basket details - to see full details of your Shopping
Basket, click on the 'Basket' link at the top of every page, or the 'View
Basket' text in the Basket Summary.
Checkout Process - when you have selected all of your goods and wish
to confirm your order, either
1. click on the 'Checkout' link that appears in the Basket Summary on
the top left of every page, or
2. click on the 'Basket' link at the Top of every page and then proceed
to the checkout from there.

Payment Options
You have 2 Payment Options
1. Order online and pay by debit/credit card over the telephone
If you feel happier passing your card details over the telephone, then
complete your order online but during step 2 of the Checkout Process (see
above) simply select the payment option 'Pay by PO, Cheque or Other
Offline Method'. At the end of the Checkout Process you will be given
an order number. Simply call us on (0208) 293 3696 with your card details
and order number and we will process your payment by telephone.
You will receive an Order Confirmation Email from gelburners.co.uk. detailing your
order and customer account details (including your Customer Code).
When your goods are despatched we will send you a Despatch Confirmation
Email.
2. Order Online and pay by cheque
If you would like to pay by cheque complete your order online but during
the step 2 of the Checkout Process (see above) simply select the payment
option 'Pay by PO, Cheque or Other Offline Method'.
At the end of the Checkout Process you will be given an order number
and a summary of the amount to pay. Send your cheque made payable to RB Lifestyle Ltd, write your order number and address on the back of the cheque
and send to:-
RB Lifestyle Ltd, 144 Troughton Road, Charlton, London SE7 7QT.
You will also receive an order confirmation Email from gelburners.co.uk.
detailing your order and customer account details (including your Customer
Code).
When your goods are despatched we will send you a Despatch Confirmation
Email.
Previous Customers
If you have bought from gelburners.co.uk previously you will have been
given a Customer Code. You will need to enter this code along with your
Email address each time you place a new order (this will save you from
having to enter your address details each time).
There are two places where you can 'login'. The first is in the 'My Account'
section of the website, and the second is during the first step in the
checkout process (if you have logged in via the 'my account' section your
email address and customer code will automatically be entered in the checkout
process and you will just need to press the 'proceed' button.
Forgotten your login details? Don't worry. On the same page that
you login, you have the option to have your customer code sent to you
by Email by just entering Email address.
