Safe Use of Our Products

Any product that employs a naked flame or utilises flammable liquids will carry an inherent risk of fire and/or injury. Our products are safe when used in accordance with our safety instructions and when the user exercises common sense. We take our obligation to supply you with only safe products very seriously indeed.

Our Gelburner designs have been honed to eliminate any possible faults that may increase the risk of an accident (if you choose to buy elsewhere, you are strongly advised to question the safety attributes of any product you are purchasing - see our FAQ section for details on what makes a safer gelburner). By purchasing our products either online or by telephone, you agree to adhere to our Safety Instructions - a copy of which is despatched with every order. If for any reason you do not receive a copy of our Safety Instructions with your order, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately and request a copy.

Under no circumstances should you attempt to use our products unless you have read our Safety Instructions first. Notwithstanding the above, a copy of our Safety Instructions is reproduced on the website for your perusal (click here).

By purchasing our products either online or by telephone, you also agree to exercise common sense at all times when using our products - our Safety Instructions are not intended to be an exhaustive manual and we cannot foresee every eventuality or context in which you may use our products. You also agree to ensure that other persons or animals are adequately supervised and that you minimise any risk to them from your (or their) use of our products.

Returns/Guarantees Policy

No Quibble Guarantee - our returns policy is simple! Our "no quibble" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart (which is fair enough) you must contact us within 21 days of initial despatch and arrange for us to collect the goods.

This guarantee only applies to goods that remain unused, in their original condition and in perfect re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions etc.). When first unpacking your new purchase, please do so somewhere clean and safe - we cannot replace or make refunds for muddy, scratched, torn, dented goods or goods that have been partially consumed.

On receipt and inspection of the goods we will (within 7 days of receipt) arrange for a refund, replacement or exchange.

How to Arrange for Return of Goods - IMPORTANT: YOU MUST NOT return the goods to us - we will collect the goods from you, anywhere on the UK mainland. Simply call us on 0208 293 3696, and one of our customer support team will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently.

Items lost in transit - we cannot be held responsible for packages that you decide to send to us that subsequently become lost in transit: You must follow our returns procedure and telephone us on 0208 293 3696 and arrange for us to collect the goods from your address.

Refunds, replacement and exchange -: refunds for returned items will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by Galaxy Nine Ltd. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Please note, in all instances Galaxy Nine Ltd shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Complaints Procedure - Galaxy Nine Ltd takes its relationships with customers very seriously, and we expend a great deal of effort ensuring that we keep you happy. We aim to reply to emails within one working day of receipt, whether they're enquiries or complaints. If email is too impersonal, we encourage you to phone us on 0208 293 3696, where our customer support team will gladly be of assistance.
